Acronym Database
This project involved building an acronym database that is as good as existing hand-made acronym databases by crawling the web in search of new acronyms.

This project looked at methods for characterizing databases in order to allow users to directly access the database information.

Query-Focused Web Crawler
This project involved traversing the web in response to a user’s query and returning the most relevant documents in the least amount of time.

Query Locality and Efficiency
This project centered around improving the speed of many-document retrieval in INQUERY, by optimizing aspects of the I/O involved in getting a document from disk.
