Semiannual regulatory agenda.

SUMMARY:

This notice provides the semiannual agenda of rules scheduled for development during the next 12 months. It is issued pursuant to Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

With this publication, the Foundation satisfies the requirement of Executive Order 12866 that it publish an agenda of rules that it expects to issue. The Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) also requires publication of an agenda identifying rules that will have significant economic effect on a substantial number of small entities; the Foundation certifies that these proposed rules will not have a significant impact on small entities

Abstract:

This regulation implements the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, by establishing procedures by which individuals may determine if a system of records maintained by the Morris K. Udall Foundation, including the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution, contains records pertaining to them, and procedures for access to such records to review, amend, or correct them.
