Semiannual regulatory agenda.

SUMMARY:

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel is publishing its April 2001 regulatory agenda pursuant to Executive Order 12866 "Regulatory Planning and Review," issued on September 30, 1993 (58 FR 51735; October 4, 1993), the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601-612), and Executive Order 13132 "Federalism," issued on August 4, 1999 (64 FR 43255; August 10, 1999). The agenda lists all regulations scheduled for review or development from April 1, 2001, through March 31, 2002.
