Semiannual regulatory agenda.

SUMMARY:

This notice provides the semiannual agenda of rules scheduled for development during the next 12 months. It is issued pursuant to Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

With this publication, the Foundation satisfies the requirement of Executive Order 12866 that it publish an agenda of rules that it expects to issue. The Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) also requires publication of an agenda identifying rules that will have significant economic effect on a substantial number of small entities; the Foundation certifies that this proposed rule will not have a significant impact on small entities.

This rule implements section 574 of title 5, United States Code, and provides that communications prepared for a dispute resolution proceeding in which the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution is involved as a third-party neutral will be confidential, except in certain specified circumstances.
