We currently looking for volunteers to setup the projector for weekly meetings.
If you should volunteer, please setup the projector 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
The projector bag should include:
- 15 foot power strip
- Sony laptop
- Small VGA adapter for the Sony laptop
- VGA Cable (monitor cable)
1) Run the power strip from the right hand side (when facing the front) of the room underneath the chairs, this way we reduce our liable for injury.
2) Plug the power for the projector and laptop into the strip.
3) Connect the Sony laptop adapter to the VGA cable and the other end of VGA cable to port on the projector.
4) Turn on the projector
5) Flip the switch at the head of the room on the left side, to bring down the screen.
6) Make sure that the projector is as far back as possible for the largest image.
7) when done turn off the projector and wait till the fan quiets before unpluging
